What’s the procedure for translating documents? Language Office uses a team of experts who are well versed in both the target and source languages.
We begin by assigning a Project Manager who acts as a liaison between the client and Language Office.
The Project Manager analyzes the client’s source documents and selects the most appropriate Translator and Editor for the assignment.
The Translator is always fluent in the target language. For instance:
As a result, the Translator is always well aware of cultural differences, nuances and taboos.
Furthermore, the majority of Language Office Translators are accredited by the American Translation Association.
The Editor proofreads the translated document and checks spelling, punctuation and language usage. In addition, the editor ensures industry terminology and expressions are accurate and up-to-date.
Above all, the Editor ensures the translated document reads as fluidly and as naturally as if it has been written in that language in the first place.
How many languages do you specialize in? Language Office translators and interpreters are fluent in a great many languages. Below is sampling of just some of them. In total, they speak more than 100.

Can you handle rush assignments? Yes, we can – regardless of how complex or lengthy a project might be. No wonder clients trust us; they know we'll get the job done on the day we promise.
Do you take advantage of computer software? Yes, we do. Although computers are certainly no match for the human touch, Language Office does use specialized software (Trados and SDLX) to ensure that terminology is consistent throughout documents. It’s also beneficial when comparing two similar documents, for example, a report that was translated a year ago and a new, updated version.
Absolutely. That’s why our clients keep coming back and giving us additional assignments.
Do you have secure online payment? We have an account with PayPal, which is an online service that allows clients to make secure payments from a checking account or a credit card.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as certified company checks. In addition, invoicing is available upon approved credit or a signed business contract. |
